The Metropol Tower, a mixed-use commercial/residential building and Budapest’s first skyscraper, will be located in the most strategic junction of the city of Budapest, in the center of the financial district. The Tower will include expansive views of the entire city along with luxury flats, a 5-star boutique hotel, executive office space, brand name boutiques, a revolving rooftop restaurant overlooking the city, an exclusive wellness center and a private helicopter service at the disposal of the residents and tenants.

This development, of which 1839 Tower is an equity partner, is owned by experienced international developers and currently has no debt. Having been in the long-range planning and entitlement stages since 2011, extensive planning, zoning and permitting have been approved to build a 110-meter tower. The owners have applied for a variance to add 68 additional meters for which approval is pending. Construction is scheduled to commence immediately after this variance is issued.
